Each year, Taste of Burlington continues to evolve, and 2026 is no exception. After reviewing feedback from past programs, this year’s experience focuses on variety, discovery, and engagement. The 2026 program brings something new at every turn, with fresh experiences for returning diners and first-time visitors alike.
With over 40 participating restaurants, including 14 new additions, diners can expect exclusive prix-fixe menus crafted specifically for this limited-time event.

Introducing the Burlington Taste Trail
New for 2026, Taste of Burlington is launching the Burlington Taste Trail, a fresh and interactive way to experience the program and explore Burlington’s dining scene.
The Taste Trail invites diners to sign up for a FREE digital pass and check in as they visit participating restaurants throughout the program. As you dine, simply scan the QR code at each location to track your progress along the Trail and discover new flavours across the city.
It’s an easy and engaging way to turn your Taste of Burlington experience into a mini food adventure, with opportunities to revisit favourite spots and discover new ones along the way.
