What began in 2008 as a small prix-fixe initiative has evolved into a city-wide celebration of local talent, diverse flavours, and meaningful moments shared around the table. Today, Taste of Burlington brings together chefs, restaurants, and the wider food community to showcase the passion, innovation, and authenticity that define our dining scene.
