The Burlington Taste Trail has officially wrapped, marking the close of an exciting new way to explore Taste of Burlington. The all-new Burlington Taste Trail is our fun, free, gamified mobile pass that lets you explore participating Taste of Burlington restaurants on the go.
2. How does the Burlington Taste Trail Pass work?
Sign up for the FREE Burlington Taste Trail any time between Jan 16 and Feb 8 2026. Once you’re onboarded you can browse restaurants, dine at any spot, and check in by scanning the QR code in participating restaurants. Once you check in at enough restaurants, you can redeem your points for an entry into our Burlington Taste Trail Sweepstakes!
3. What is the Sweepstakes prize?
Dinner for two at DiMario’s Trattoria, the winner’s choice of show at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre, and an overnight stay at the Burlington Waterfront Hotel. See contest terms and conditions for details including show choices.
4. Do I need to download an app?
No app needed! The Taste Trail works right in your mobile browser. You can also easily save the pass to your home screen for quick access.
5. Is there a cost to join the Burlington Taste Trail Pass?
No, it’s completely free. All you have to do is enjoy great food.
6. Do I need to order from the prix-fixe menu?
No, but the prix-fixe menus are the star of the show, so we definitely recommend giving them a try!
7. Can I check in at multiple restaurants in one day?
Absolutely! There’s no limit to the number of restaurants you can check into in one day or over the contest period.
8. How do I check in?
Check-ins are completed by scanning the restaurant-specific QR code located on your Taste of Burlington table card.
9. Do check-ins expire?
No, your progress stays with you throughout the event, take your time discovering Burlington’s best bites. Please note that the contest will only be open during the Taste of Burlington program running from Jan 26-Feb 8 2026.
