Looking for a perfect way to cool down and relax this summer? Burlington restaurants and bars have got you covered, with lots of delicious, picture perfect cocktails.

Here are eight fantastic restaurants and bars from across Burlington that are serving up some of the best cocktails this summer.

Pepe and Lele’s Eatery  

This restaurant features a number of hand-crafted margaritas made from scratch with the best ingredients.  They are definitely a must try!  Pepe and Lele’s Eatery is located at 1893 Appleby Line.

Their Strawberry margaritas are delicious and are made with locally grown strawberries. Want to add some spice to your drink? Ask for the house-made charred Jalapeño infused tequila to be added for some heat! These drinks are the perfect refreshing treat on a beautiful summer day.

Industria Pizzeria & Bar

Not only does Industria make some delicious wood-oven pizza, they also make some tasty and refreshing cocktails, a perfect pair.  Their patio is a perfect place to grab a cocktail and maybe play a round of Bocce ball or two. Industria Pizzeria and Bar are located at 1860 Appleby Line.

With thirteen specialty cocktails to choose from, trying to pick one will be a challenge. Their Mojito Italiano is made with Bacardi Rum, strawberry liqueur, fresh strawberries, prosecco, lemon juice and fresh mint, making it the perfect drink for the summer. If mojitos aren’t your drink of choice then you can’t go wrong with their classic Aperol Spritz!

Isabelle Restaurant & Lounge

Isabelle Restaurant & Lounge is the perfect place to grab a drink and enjoy the stunning view of Lake Ontario from inside or on their gorgeous patio. Their signature cocktails are packed with flavor and make for a rejuvenating summer drink. Isabelle is located inside the new Pearle Hotel at 3 Elizabeth Street in Downtown Burlington.

Their ‘Caught in the Rain’ cocktail is composed of toasted coconut infused Captain Morgan White Rum, Cachaça, Absinthe, smoked pineapple, lime and Demerara. Not only are their drinks a perfect way to cool down this summer, they make for an Instagram worthy photo.

Joe Dog’s Gasbar Grill

From slushies to classic cocktails like the Caesar, Joe Dog’s has you covered. If you are looking for a fun place to grab some drinks with friends this weekend be sure to check out their Tiki Bar, which is open until 2 am on the weekends. Joe Dog’s is located in Downtown Burlington at 531 Brant Street.

Joe Dog’s has numerous drinks to choose from, but you can never go wrong with their heavily garnished Caesars. Their menu features six different variations, all made with SKYY Vodka, fresh ingredients and spice adjusted to your liking.  Joe Dog’s Caesar’s can also double as an appetizer as they feature a skewer packed with pickles, bacon, shrimp and various other snacks.

Buvette Restaurant & Wine Bar

Buvette is located in Village Square in Downtown Burlington at 417 Elizabeth Street, and is serving up some uniquely tasty cocktails this summer. What’s better than a nice glass of Prosecco and a popsicle on a hot summers day? Well, Buvette mixed the two together to create a yummy cocktail that is sure to cool you down this summer. Popsicle flavors vary day by day so be sure to ask your server what the flavor of the day is and enjoy!

Rust BistroBar

Rust puts their own twists on classic cocktails making them even better! Whether you like gin, vodka or rum, Rust has a drink for everyone. It is located at 108 Walkers Line.

Their Blackberry mule brings a fresh twist to the classic cocktail. This drink is made of Bulleit Bourbon, blackberry puree, black pepper syrup and ginger beer. Bring some friends and family along so they can enjoy some Rust cocktails as well!

The Martini House

The Martini House serves up some of the best martinis and cocktails which makes for a perfect lunch or dinner pairing. The Martini House is located at 437 Elizabeth Street in Downtown Burlington.

What sounds better then coconut rum, mango puree, fresh lime, mint and soda on a hot summer day? The coconut and mango mojito will most definitely cool you down and pairs perfectly with The Martini House’s oysters or steak. Yum!
