Pantzarosalata – Fresh sliced beets, garlic and olive oil vinaigrette

MAINS  

Pastitsio – A deep layer of tubular pasta with a delicious aromatic beef ragu and topped with a thick and velvety Béchamel sauce

Stifado – Traditional, hearty Greek stew with tender meat, abundant whole pearl onions, shallots, and rich, aromatic tomato-based sauce
