OpenTable has released its 2026 list of the Top 50 Hotel Restaurants in Canada, and Isabelle Restaurant + Lounge at The Pearle Hotel in downtown Burlington is among the picks.

Isabelle Restaurant + Lounge, The Pearle Hotel downtown has made OpenTable’s top 50 hotel restaurants in the country, announced Wednesday.

Isabelle Restaurant + Lounge has made several OpenTable top lists in the last several years and is one of 24 restaurants in Ontario that made the list this year.

Tucked along the shores of Lake Ontario inside The Pearle Hotel, Isabelle Restaurant and Lounge provides relaxed atmosphere where guests can enjoy fresh dishes crafted with local produce from its own farm and local partners.

Good food, service and views have placed the popular dining spot on the tops of OpenTable’s best when it comes to brunch and romance, as well.

With the August long weekend quickly approaching, now is a good time to plan a quick getaway or elevate a local staycation with a memorable dining experience. To help Canadians make the most of the holiday weekend, OpenTable released its list of the Top 50 Hotel Restaurants in Canada for 2026, spotlighting standout spots that make dining out feel like a mini escape.

Each year, OpenTable looks at insights from diner reviews and demand to determine the top brunch and lunch restaurants across the country. The list is arranged in alphabetical order by area and restaurant name

Whether you’re heading out of town or looking to explore your own city, the list offers plenty of inspiration for every kind of long weekend plan. With 90 per cent of diners saying they have visited a hotel restaurant even when they weren’t staying at the property, Canadians don’t need to travel far to enjoy a vacation-worthy meal.
