Apps – Course 1

1. Shrimp Lettuce Wraps -Three lettuce cups topped with Crisp shrimps tossed in thai sweet chilli, julienne carrots, cucumbers, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and served with a lime wedge.
2. Soup of the Day – Daily soup featuring fresh ingredients.
3. Citrus Salad -Mixed greens, red onions, feta cheese, pecans, and mandarin segments, tossed in a tangy cranberry dijon dressing.
4. Bruschetta Beef Crostini – Toasted crostini topped with savoury beef, tomatoes, and fresh basil.

Mains – Course 2

1. Meatloaf Dinner – Classic meatloaf served with loaded baked potatoes, sautéed vegetables, and sauteed mushrooms with red wine demiglaze.
2. Blackened Salmon – Cajun-seasoned salmon filet served with lemon cream, sautéed vegetables, and pilaf rice.
3. Stuffed Chicken on bed of sautéed chickpeas and greens – Two pieces of pan-seared chicken stuffed with sriracha goat cheese, served with chickpeas, mixed greens, red onions, and drizzled with balsamic glaze.
