Soup Tasting
Course 1
Consommé Thunderstone
A flavorful clarified beef broth with sauteed mushrooms and scallion. Served with truffled baguette.
Course 2
Shrimp bisque
A velvety soup scented with brandy and fennel. Plated with sauteed shrimp, buttered leeks, pine nuts, lime aioli and crusty French bread.
Course 3
Berry broth
A lightly thickened and slightly sweet strawberry broth studded with a variety of berries. Plated with vanilla Chantilly, toasted golden sponge and mint.
